One of our client B2B ecommerce platform looking for a UX researcher for a freelancer for contractual role

Project Details:

- Job title: User Researcher
- Start Date: Immediate
- Weekly Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM PST, Monday to Friday (with 1-hour lunch break)
- Duration:3-month contract from the starting date (July 22nd, 2024), with the potential to
extend up to 6 months
- Location:Based in Mexico

*******Responsibilities*******

• Conduct comprehensive desktop research to understand Mexico’s B2B landscape, market
trends, industry dynamics, and user demographics.
• Design and implement user research studies, including usability tests, interviews, and
surveys.
• Cooperate seamlessly with team members to analyze, synthesize, and translate research
findings into coherent, actionable insights. Produce robust research reports, develop
personas, design journey maps, and deliver other strategic outputs.
• Champion user needs and perspectives within the product development lifecycle.
Candidate Profile

*******Essential Qualifications*******

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Data Analysis or a
related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and oral communication).
• Demonstrated project management skills with the competency to handle diverse projects
concurrently.
• Established background in industrial user interviews and market analysis.
• Expert analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Deep cultural understanding of the Mexican market landscape.
Desirable Qualities:
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, inclusive of presenting findings and
insights effectively.
• Experience with user research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, SurveyMonkey).
• A broad understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Relevant industry experience, especially with B2B or e-commerce enterprises, or direct
experience with a Mexican B2B customer base.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and processes.
