Helping Buddy and the public understand about animal abuse and neglect and what could possibly happen!

A story about a neighborhood rescuing a dog named Buddy! If we wouldn't have rescued Buddy he would be dead today! How the media needs to know what to do when they see an animal that is being abused or neglected and helping a neglected or abused animal can cause the person criminal charges even though they are acting as a Good Samaritan trying to do the right thing by saving an animal. Buddy was left locked in a travel trailer and the owner left for over 1 months with no one giving Buddy food or water! Luckily a homeless woman removed Buddy from the travel trailer and the neighborhood got involved to feed, provide water to him. However he faced other dangers now running around lose in our neighborhood! After 2 weeks of the owner Michelle being gone I was given Buddy by a neighbor Aaron. He was concerned that the growth on his belly would not be checked by a veterinarian and his mother Gina would not take him to a veterinarian. I took him and had him looked at. I knew that Buddy would die if his previous owner would get him back. Sadly Buddy is facing the fate of his life in court for the DA had charged me with dog theft and assault! I was attacked by Michelle when I wanted to talk with her when she sent her son over to get Buddy. I told her son I needed to speak with her mother and asked him where she was. I never made it on the property when Michelle attacked me and later assaulted my husband who still bears the scars of her attack, yet I am the one being charged! There is NO JUSTICE IN THE UNITED STATES! This is what I have found to be fact in my situation! I fear Buddy if given back to the original owner he will die! Also I want people in the United States to know what to do if they witness an animal being neglected or abused, so they don't get wrongfully convicted or have to face court charges).
