Freelance Research Assistant for Short User Interviews (India, Hindi + English)

Description:

We’re conducting a short user research project for a leading e-commerce platform, focused on understanding how users discover and buy products on the app.

We’re looking for a fluent Hindi + English speaker who can conduct 20 short remote interviews (8–10 minutes each) with existing users, following a structured discussion guide (provided).

You’ll summarize user responses in a Google Sheet tracker and share short written notes or 1-minute voice summaries after each call.

Responsibilities

Conduct 20 structured remote user interviews (India-based users, all contacts provided)

Follow a 12-question discussion guide

Capture key responses and direct quotes in a Google Sheet

Optional: record 1-minute audio summaries per user

Complete all interviews within 1 day

Requirements

Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)

Strong communication and listening skills

Experience with user research, surveys, or customer interviews

Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic note-taking

Deliverables

20 completed interview logs in the Google Sheet

Optional audio summaries (if possible)

Delivery within 24 hours of assignment
