Professional UI/UX Design for 1688 Product Listing App (Targeting Middle East) in Figma

Hello,
I am currently working on a mobile app project that displays products from the Chinese platform 1688 specifically targeting the Middle Eastern market with international shipping from China to the Middle East. The goal is to simplify product sourcing and ordering for Arabic-speaking users in the region.
I previously hired a UI UX designer but after 2.5 months of delays the delivered design was incomplete missing key logic and lacked a clear interactive prototype.

Current issues
The design is missing complete main and sub-sections with unclear elements for users
No interactive prototype showing user navigation across screens
Key flows like add to cart checkout and wallet management are not properly designed
The international shipping flow China to the Middle East is not clearly designed and I need a transparent logical shipping cost calculation logic exactly like Alibaba shipping cost structure
No dark mode implemented
Typography colors and UI components are inconsistent
Tasks required
Review the Arbiz app to understand the structure of main and sub-categories and product listing logic
Review the official 1688 app to understand its flows product listings and operations add to cart payment wallet
Redesign the international shipping flow with clear logical shipping cost calculation similar to Alibaba suitable for shipping from China to the Middle East
Create an interactive prototype showing the full user journey across the app
Implement dark mode with a clean and modern design
Standardize typography color schemes and UI components buttons inputs icons across the project
Technical requirements
Highly proficient in Figma with organized file structures using pages components and variants
Previous experience in ecommerce or similar app design
Able to commit to a clear timeline and deliver the first testable version quickly
