UI Persona Research Documentation

Job ID: 39733589

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m ready to kick-off a focused round of user research aimed at sharpening our screen-level decisions, and I’d like a Business Analyst who thrives at turning raw feedback into clear, actionable UI documentation. My immediate priority is building solid user personas through well-structured surveys and questionnaires; everything else we do on the interface will hinge on the insights you extract here.

You’ll help me:
• Shape a concise research plan that pinpoints the right respondent pool and sample size.
• Draft, iterate and launch survey questions that surface real motivations, pain points and workflow nuances.
• Analyse returns, segment patterns and translate findings into persona sheets (demographics, goals, behaviours, key quotes, task flows).
• Package the results in a format the wider product and design team can act on quickly—think Figma-ready annotations or a lightweight Confluence deck.
• Suggest quick-win UI/UX adjustments that naturally follow from the personas we define.

If you’re comfortable moving between Google Forms (or Qualtrics), Excel/Sheets analysis, and a hand-off space like Figma or Miro, we’ll be in sync. Clean writing, clear logic and evidence-based recommendations matter more to me than flashy mock-ups at this stage.

I’ll share existing feature maps, early wireframes and any analytics we already have as soon as we start so you can dive straight into discovery and synthesis.
