Interview Ex-Waymo and current Users Online

Job ID: 39746926

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m looking for help running a series of remote interviews with former Waymo riders in Phoenix, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. My sole goal is to capture authentic feedback about their past experience with the service—what delighted them, what frustrated them, and what ultimately made them stop riding.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Recruit or screen qualified ex-users in the three cities (they no longer ride but did at least once).
• Craft a concise discussion guide focused on ride satisfaction, usability, safety perception, and service reliability.
• Host and record 30- to 45-minute video calls (Zoom).
1. Interview objective: Users who have taken Waymo self driving taxis in Phoenix, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, hoping to be local residents
2. Number of people: 20-30 people (no specific requirements)
3. Main issue: Provide a realistic user experience of Waymo's self driving taxis and compare them with traditional taxis, Uber, and others It does not involve very professional issues four Interview duration: 30-45 minutes, using Zoom for online communication Expected to start next week

The schedule is flexible—there’s no hard deadline—so we can prioritize quality participants over speed. If you have experience interviewing mobility or tech users and can turn raw conversations into clear, actionable findings, I’d love to collaborate.
