Customer Feedback Discovery Calls -- 2

I’m running an initiative to hear first-hand what our customers think about our product and pinpoint areas for improvement. To do that, I need someone who can confidently jump on discovery calls, guide a relaxed yet purposeful conversation, and capture genuine feedback.

Here’s what the task involves:
• Coordinate and schedule a short series of one-to-one online calls with customers I’ll identify.
• Lead each conversation, following the talking points I provide while letting the customer speak freely.
• Record the sessions (Zoom or Google Meet are fine) and supply clear notes or transcripts along with a concise insight summary after every call.

What will help you stand out is proven experience handling customer interviews, user research, or similar discovery work—please highlight that in your application. Once onboard, I’ll share the interview guide, customer list, and preferred file formats for deliverables.
