wireframes and interactive prototype

I am looking to have a mobile app wireframed and an interactive prototype created. I have some existing wireframes and an interactive prototype from which to work off of; however, I do not require user stories or personas for this project. The interactive prototype should be built with testing in mind, so that it can be used to identify opportunities for improvement or other features that could benefit the project. My goal is to complete this project efficiently, so communication will be key to ensure that the scope of my expectations is met.
