I want a UI/UX DESIGNER and not a DRAFTER.

You must understand the difference between Designer and a Drafter before bidding on this project. I am attaching a project file here for for which we need to prepare a FIGMA based UI/UX not us UI. It should create User Interface and User Experience as well with FIGMA based Prototype.

Designer should understand the project well and prepare the designs rather than asking me about number of screens required like drafter do.
