user experience and interface (UI UX)

We are a fast-paced start-up type environment, this person will need to be able to pick up technology quickly, work in constant design iteration, and design quickly. General Responsibilities:

Designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes for cutting-edge SaaS platform
Collaborating closely with Design and Product Leadership to define your features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area
Participating in user research and analysis of findings to inform design decision-making
Working closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
Communicating design concepts and specifications to teammates and internal stakeholders
Demonstrating a strong passion for innovation
Ensuring all work reflects the high standards of the agency
Soliciting feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates
Participation in team meetings and brainstorms
Skills & Experience:

1+ years related work experience (School projects and/or Internships)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Bootstrap), graphic design (all required)
Experience in software
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or related field/equivalent work experience
A portfolio of work demonstrating design abilities (School projects and/or Internships)
