I need an UI/UX expert who will turn my Web app stunning look and feels

I am looking for an experienced UI/UX expert who can enhance the look and feel of my web app. The current design needs some improvements, and I have an existing design aesthetic that I would like to use. The main deliverables of this project will be to realign the existing content (if needed) and improve the overall UI/UX design.

The app uses the Blazorise theme so see the theme's documentation before apply.
Work Area: Define the theme color for Title, Button label and Total Pages to be improved around 30
where max content(inputbox, button, label, textarea, dropdown etc) a page may contain 60.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Ability to understand and implement design aesthetics
- Experience in realigning content and improving UI/UX
- Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs
