I need a UI/UX designer

I am looking to hire a UI/UX designer to help me create an innovative and interactive single page design. I have existing brand guidelines that the designer will need to be familiar with and adhere to. A key element of this project is the need for illustrative assets. I am looking for someone who is innovative and excited to create something new and special. The design should be mobile responsive and I am open to creative ideas and input.
