I need a dedicated UX/UI designer_12

I am looking for a dedicated UX/UI designer who can create designs for both a website and mobile app. My preferred design style is classic and traditional, so I am seeking someone with experience in creating designs that align with this aesthetic. I also require the designer to create a design system or style guide.
