UX/UI expert to assist with website conversion optimisation

I am looking for an experienced UX/UI expert to assist with website conversion optimisation. The project scope involves improving existing site pages, with no existing UX/UI elements required, and has a budget of less than $1,000. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of UX and UI principles, usability design, information architecture, A/B testing, and the development of wireframes, mockups and prototypes to improve the user experience of our site. They should be a great communicator and have a skilled eye for detail, and understand how to use data-driven techniques to improve web performance and conversions.
