UI development using figma for a basic mobile app (MVP)

I am looking for someone to develop the UI of a basic mobile app using Figma. The purpose of the app is Chat/E-commerce, and I am looking for a custom/unique design style for the UI. I have a list of features that I want to be included in the app. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in using Figma, UI/UX design, and experience in E-commerce app development. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with me throughout the project. Please go thru the attached power point presentation before you quote. This is only the initial few screens, I want to see how it looks before proceeding with the rest of the screens.
