UI/UX designer with Vue JS and must be creative to redesign each page for both mobile and desktop

Need to redesign the UI of the existing website. The current UI is not optimal for mobile and other types of screens. Need UI/UX creative expert. Need to redesign all the webpages for both desktop and mobile. Should be very creative and unique. Should be able to suggest new views and possible feature to add.
