UX designer to suggest changes

We are looking for an UX designer to analyze an existing petrol pump management software on web . The candidate willl need to go through the app and suggest necessary changes to make the user experience better .S/He will also suggest any text , color , font and location changes which will make the web app more attracrive. You wont need to design anything you will only need to review and analyze.
