UX UI designer needed various projects

I am seeking a UX/UI designer to work on various projects involving both website and mobile app design. As I have existing design guidelines, the ideal candidate should be able to work within those guidelines to create cohesive and visually appealing designs. The expected timeline for this project is more than 4 weeks.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for both websites and mobile apps
- Ability to work within existing design guidelines and branding elements
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Strong understanding of user experience principles
