UI / UX designer needed for on page

We have a very very simpel site and we need you to make a great UI/UX design.
We need a designer who can create an intuitive and easy and understandable design for our one page.
For us, it's about the fact that when you create a folder, you can of course also delete it again, and there are very basic standards for that. Just as it is expected that when you open a folder, you can close it again. And if you select a line in the folder, the content that refers to this line is displayed at the bottom of the page.
When you delete a folder or line or text etc. you get a warning. These are fundamental elements of a user-friendly design.
And we expect you to find relevant icons etc. that show whether a folder is open or closed. See attached picture. This is the style we want the design to be in.
We expect that you sent us some kind of design you think will be great for us before we start award you and start work.
