UX / UI designer for a web & mobile app

I am in need of an UX / UI designer to create an amazing design for a web and mobile app. I have a specific design reference that needs to be followed, so it is important that the designer is able to take a creative approach while staying true to the original design. This project will require the designer to create more than 10 pages or screens, making it a fairly large undertaking. I am looking for someone with real enthusiasm and creativity, as well as experience in both web and mobile design. Details:
Hours: 10 - 15 hours a week
Time Zone: MUST be in Eastern Europe Time Zone
(Preference for Ukraine; Serbia; Croatia; Poland; Romania, etc)
