UX/UI designer for PowerBi and Powerapps

Hello!
We are a company that most of the services it provides for customers are in one way or another related to data, in many areas and formats.
In the last few months, we have started working with powerBI, and we know how to work with the software, and everything related to it, sufficiently for our needs so far.
We want to step up in the whole field of BI, in order to give our customers better products and services.
After much thought, we concluded that our main gap is in the field of UX /UI : in terms of the order of visualizations in the dashboard, in what configuration they are, whether another visualization can be used, and of course the design of the dashboard in terms of colors, graphics, fonts etc.
Once we started working with powerBI, we discovered the world of PowerApps, and we are sure that this is an area that can help us a lot. Here too, technically we know to work quite well, but the UX / UI is lacking.
A freelancer will have a significant advantage if he can help us solve a specific and important technical problem we have encountered in recent days:
How, and is it possible to refresh the data using API, more than 8 times a day (we are with premium user), and is there another limitation?
We are currently receiving error 429.
In conclusion, this is what we need from our freelancer:
1. Proven ability in UX /UI design in PowerBI.
2. Proven ability in UX /UI design in PowerApps.
3. Refresh data help.
We are currently talking about the work of two master dashboards (creating a theme, and an explanation of how a workflow should look), and one app.
Of course, if both parties are satisfied, and the volume of work allows it, we are looking for someone to accompany us in many other projects in the field.
We will return only to relevant inquiries, with examples of previous works.
