UX and UI designer

My project requires a UX/UI designer who is highly experienced in optimizing designs for both web and mobile platforms. I'm open to creative suggestions and prefer a designer who will successfully create a unique and appealing design to appeal to the targeted user. I will provide the required assets, such as icons and images. If additional assets are needed, the designer should create them.
