UX designer

I am looking for a UX designer to improve the user experience of a jobsite marketplace (trravo.com) . The main goal is to enhance the overall usability and functionality of the site.

Specific requirements for the project include:
- Implementing intuitive navigation and user-friendly interface
- Optimizing the site for mobile responsiveness and accessibility
- Incorporating interactive elements to engage users
- Ensuring seamless integration of all design elements and features

While I have some ideas in mind, I am open to the designer's creativity and suggestions to achieve the best possible outcome.

The primary audience for the website are
Tweens, Teens looking for neighborhood jobs
Adults looking for help like babysitting, pet sitting etc
, so the designer should have experience in creating designs tailored to this target group.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
