We're seeking an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help us enhance the user experience on our platform, particularly focusing on the design of our user workflows and the lawyer-centric pages of our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand our business requirements and translate them into effective digital experiences
Design the overall user experience and workflow, ensuring that it is streamlined, intuitive, and user-friendly
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, including developers and product managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably with experience in designing solutions for legal professionals
Proficiency in UX design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
Strong knowledge in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, and interpreting analytics data
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
A degree in design, interaction design, or a relevant field is a plus
