UI /UX design for a web app and a mobile app.

This is an ongoing project. We have already developed a mobile app and a web application. This is in advanced stages of development which is doing the job of a MVP. The UI was developed by the engineering team with the sole focus of getting the MVP off the ground. Now that we have demonstrated the viability of the product, we are looking at external help in giving the product a significant makeover with an obsessive focus on usability and unmatched user experience on both web & mobile. The individual with whom we would like to work will be a passionate and will be obsessive about user experience, usability and learnability of the product. This will be a fixed price project with the deliverables clearly defined. To give some inkling into the work, we have 7 menu items at the primary level on both mobile and web app and webapp. The depth of the UI is only two levels. There is no further depth in our menu hierarchy. We want the individual to do the following to deliver the project. This is a small size project as far as the complexity is concerned as this is only the first version of the product. If we like the individual, we would like to retain him/her for version 2 which is planned in a month for the market.

1: Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
2: Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
3: Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
4: Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
5: Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
6: Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
7: Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
8: Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

The key skills we will be looking for
1: You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field
2: You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
3: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
4: You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
5: Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
6: You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
7: You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
8: You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
