UX design for a service application

I am looking for a user-experience (UX) designer who has experience with responsive mobile & web applications. I am looking for only one version to be designed right now. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced with UX design of responsive moibile apps and web applications, and should be able to incorporate real feedback into the design process. The design should be made in such a way that it looks good when opened in mobile, tab as well as laptop or desktop.
