UI design for mobile application

Hello, I need a design for my mobile app. I don't own a wireframe. According to the features that should be in my application, it should be made from the beginning with a user-friendly and modern design. Please bid only from designers who have worked for a mobile app before. I prefer it done with Figma or adobe xd. I will work with creative and innovative designers.
