To re-design UI/UX for a existing App

We are looking for a UI/UX designer to redesign UI/UX for our existing app which is already live.
Our budget is USD 100. Fixed. The budget can be increase little based on additional scope of work agree between us and designer / developer. Number of slides can be around 20 or 25. However the several slides are similar design or just text notification.
