UI design for Profile Creation Wizard (figma)

On our site, job seekers can create a Career Profile by following a 'wizard' that guides them step by step how to add information to complete their profile (see attachment).
The UI is the same on Desktop and Mobile web.
Your task: we would like to change the style of the existing wizard to follow the new style shown on slide 4 (see attachment). We would like you to suggest 3 UI variations for the new design on slide 4.
The design should work on both Desktop and Mobile web, and should be a figma design.

Once this project is completed we will have additional UI/UX projects to give you.
