UI UX design for Figma app prototype based on template

Looking for a talented UI designer to take a rough structure template in PowerPoint or PDF as your guide to make a functional experience in Figma. There are about 30 pages. Looking to have this completed in a 1-2 week timeline with views/updates along the way.

Project Overview:
- I am seeking a talented UI designer to create a visually appealing and user-friendly mobile app prototype for the Figma app.
- The purpose of the UI design is to enhance the user experience and optimize the app's functionality.
- Color scheme and rough structure template in PowerPoint is available to make the design faster
- Open to newer and better design UX than the template provides, again that is just a starting point.

Requirements:
- The design should be specifically tailored for a mobile app.
- Must be able to present and flow though like a mobile app would function with logical flow with buttons and menus
- Final product in Figma will be fully transferred and subsequently owned by me

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in UI design for mobile apps, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in using Figma to create high-quality prototypes.
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices for mobile app UI.
