UI & Wireframe for iOS Business Process Automation App

We are an asphalt paving company that needs to automate our field processes and data capture. We have outlined what we need in detail and would like someone to wireframe the iOS app for us & produce a very basic UI for iOS. This will be presented to our partners and then turned over to a developer to build the project. As this is a business app to be used exclusively by our company the interface needs to be very simple and straight forward. Aesthetics aren't a priority for this one; function over form for this project.
