Wireframe for bidding platform

A software service where once the manager gets the budget, a job is created and the relevant vendors are notified about the posting. They post their bids and wait for the manager to approve them. Once approved, the accepted vendors can now do a site visit and agree on an estimate. Once the estimate is agreed upon, the vendor starts working on the project. Once the project is finished, both the client and vendor receive links to rate each other.
