Website Designer UI/UX Specialist Needed for Webpage Reviews and Changes

I am looking for a website designer to review the preliminary designs we have for a new website. It is a theme, where we are making some changes and I am not thrilled with the way it looks right now. I would like someone who is familiar with UI/UX work to make suggestions for better flow and design changes in Adobe XD.

This is a theme and I have someone making design and HTML changes that I suggest.
