- Live Q&A (Engage): This component will host interactive, text-based live sessions managed by content providers.

- Haven (Blogs): A section designed as a knowledge repository for articles and blogs.

- User Profiles: Profiles for both seekers and providers to manage their preferences and track their activities.

- Gamification (Care Quest): A tiered progression and rewards system aimed at boosting provider engagement.
