Web designer UX/UI

I am looking for an experienced web designer to bring my mobile app to life.It is a medical/healthcare record storage & sync app. While I'm not sure if any special functionality is required, I am aiming for medium detail for the design. The designer must have strong UX/UI expertise and a design portfolio to accompany any project proposals.
