Web Wireframes and Mockup

We would like someone to design web app wireframes (needs to be responsive as it will also become a mobile app) and complete a mock up with full colours, imagery and copy for our new web app. We anticipate it will require:
1. 40-50 wireframes
2. 40-50 mock up screens
3. Brand Guidelines creation with colours, fonts, imagery mood board
4. All patterns/designs created for mockup provided etc
