Web Designer Needed to Professionally Upgrade an Existing Website Mockup

I created a new layout for my website using Paint. This mockup serves as a rough guide for the structure, colors, and content.
Before handing it over to a developer, I want a designer to professionally refine it and deliver a polished final design.

Tasks:
• Use my Paint mockup as the base
• Apply a modern, professional, and visually appealing style following current UI/UX standards
• Improve typography, colors, spacing, and overall aesthetics
• Bring in your own creative ideas and suggestions
• Provide both desktop and mobile versions
• Deliver editable design files (e.g., Figma, PSD, XD) with all necessary assets

Requirements:
• Proven experience in web design and UI/UX
• Ability to turn a simple mockup into a high-quality design
• Clear and well-structured handoff for the developer

Goal:
A finished, visually compelling design that can be directly used as a template for development.
