UX/UI Web Designer

We are a web design agency in need of a talented and creative UI/UX Web Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a UI/UX Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with our clients' goals and brand identities. You should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and be proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch. Attention to detail and the ability to translate client requirements into compelling design concepts are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct market research, developing brand positioning, and creating brand identity.
•Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps and using data to influence design.
•Complete end-to-end UI/UX design to develop customer journey, wireframes, mock-ups, landing pages, and visual interfaces for e-commerce websites, corporate websites, and portfolio websites.
•Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
•Implement processes and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency: leading to automations and templates.
•Aid in developing brands, content, templates, digital marketing, ads, video, etc.

Qualifications:
•Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, website design, and digital marketing.
•Must have experience with market research, developing brand positioning, and creating brand identity.
•Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing ranging from UX/UI, mapping, journey building, email templates, landing pages, SMS text, etc.
•Must have a strong background working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects.
•Must be able to work in HTML, CSS, MIRO, Litmus, CRM, CMS, and nimble with new systems/platforms.
•Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to drive multiple projects forward, think in systems and process, remain agile, and seamlessly manage multiple ongoing projects in a structured way.
