Web Application Wireframe Design Needed

I am looking for a professional who can help me create a graphical wireframe for a web application.

You will create a single comprehensive web site with the 8 sections in the 8 attached documents

Each section will have its own page with subsections.

You will provide BOTH a computer wireframe and a mobile device wireframe for each page/tab

Look at websites such as target.com, delta.com, and Marriott.com to get examples on the design we are looking for. Simple, and easy to navigate.

I don't have specific design guidelines, so I am open to suggestions. Your expertise and creative input will be crucial in this project.
