Usability Focused UI/UX Design

I'm looking for a talented UI/UX designer to enhance the usability of my website and mobile app which are primarily targeted at business professionals.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Make the user interface more intuitive, thus reducing the learning curve for new users and possibly increasing the retention of existing ones.
- Improve the overall user experience by optimizing the layout, the hierarchy of information, and ensuring content is easy to understand and use.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience in designing user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms
- Prior experience working on projects targeting business professionals
- A strong understanding of usability principles and techniques
- Ability to translate complex processes into simple to understand interactions.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
- Reevaluate and redesign the entire user journey, ensuring every touchpoint is user-friendly and aligns with the usability objectives.
- Produce detailed wireframes, user flows, and mock-ups.
- Manage and iterate design based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
