Urgent wireframes and prototypes

I'm looking to hire someone to quickly create wireframes and prototypes for my mobile app. While I'm not sure if user testing or feedback should be incorporated into the wireframes/prototypes, I do require an intermediate level of detail in the wireframes/prototypes. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the project requirements quickly and implement the designs quickly as well. If you're qualified and able to deliver the wireframes/prototypes with desirable quality, I'd love to hear from you!
