Updates to design and add some functions to fluxstore E commerce flutter apps, will add my figma design to the apps

I'm seeking a skilled Flutter developer to completely redesign Fluxstore E-commerce app in line with my Figma design. This will involve

- A full overhaul of the current design
- Implementing a new, cohesive design throughout the app

Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with Flutter, E-commerce app development, and can demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles. Familiarity with Figma is a must.
I'll need it
1. with the api to link with woocommerce website?
2. Also I'll need the source code
3. And it should be so fast and so stable
4. The design I'll share for you with figma files, and it'll include some animations, appropriately +50 pages. And it should be so clean design.
5. Will be in Arabic, and English
6. Admin panel to control the app
7. synchronise the specific functions between the app and the website such as the using of coupon code for the affiliaters and add the affiliate percentage to their account, synchronise the stock....
8. Free 3 months support period
9. Make sure that the app will be qualified for the uploading to app store and Google play and help me till upload it.
10. The app will be dark and normal mode
