University Trade App Development

I want to create an app where University students in Nigeria would be able to trade their belongings and for each transaction, a 5% cost of the total goods in trade would be allocated to the platform, with an optional 20% monthly subscription fee for sellers who want extra visibility on their listings.

Target user:
University students in Nigeria, verified with school email, matric number, or school ID upload for maximum trust.

Trading model:
- Sell (item for money)
- Trade + cash difference
- Pure trade (optional, for future updates)

- In-app payment (via Paystack / Flutterwave)
- Automated 5% transaction fee deducted at sale confirmation (escrow feature: funds released after item delivery confirmation)

- Sellers can pay a 20% monthly subscription fee for increased visibility.
6. Legal and Trust Policies:
- Terms & Conditions highlighting that the platform is facilitator-only, not responsible for trades.
