UI/UX redesign for existing mobile and web app

We launched a beta version of our web and mobile app last year which has been very successful and demand has warranted us to quickly invest in our second version. We are looking for a highly skilled designer who is talented in UI and UX. You will be responsible for a complete redesign of the app for native ios and android as well as changes to our existing web app, though the main design of the web app will remain the same. You will work closely with the dev team on the designs and will need to be responsive to their needs as they implement the new design into the existing backend and front end programming.
Mobile is the top priority, web is secondary. You must have a deep portfolio of cutting edge mobile app designs and experience in end to end design. User experience UX is VERY important with this app. We are not looking for a designer to simply reskin the current app, the app needs an overhaul from a user interface and user experience standpoint to make it more user friendly.
You must provide designs and work with dev team in figma.
We are looking for fixed bids and not hourly rates. You can view our existing mobile and web apps at www.sportscardscanner.com. Please provide as many examples of your prior apps as possible.
Additionally, we have a competitor who has a very good mobile app that we like a lot. You will be able to view their apo for inspiration on what we need. We will provide our competitors app that you should use as an example via private chat.
