Social Networking App UX Design

I'm in need of a UX designer to help me create an engaging and user-friendly experience.

Cross-Platform Design: Design for both iOS and Android platforms to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across devices.
User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience, including clients and influencers.
Engaging Interfaces: Create intuitive, engaging, and interactive interfaces that encourage user interaction and retention.
Core Functionality Enhancement: Design features that enhance the core function of connecting users with shared interests, making it easy and enjoyable to find and engage with like-minded individuals.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and interface elements.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.
Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure the app meets accessibility standards to support users with disabilities.
