Single Page UX/UI Wireframe - Real Estate Directory Site
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi,
I am going to do a small scale real estate directory site to post my very own listings.
And, I need a wireframe for the homepage.
This wireframe should adhere to good ui/ux practices.
Also, pls keep in mind that we are going for a mobile first design.
In the homepage, I intend to have the header section where the logo & nav links would be shown. Thereafter I will have a hero section (probably some convincing title/text, USPs & projects/types/plans counter. After the hero section, instead of showing the typical admin generated "collections" of listings, best sellers & etc, I intend to dive straight into search. I will have about 100-150 listings (so pagination/load more is a must) and I will also need filtering & sorting options (I have listed all the filters in the attachment - I have done the filters UI as simply as I could. But, if you think that certain filtering options can be done in a more interactive way, pls suggest & implement). I have also shown you the listing card (again, this is just my rough sketch, if you can plan the info in the listing card in a better way, do so.) And, to end the page, I will have a footer (a simple one with copyright notice, terms & policy links (maybe I might do links to admin curated collection of listings, best sellers, newest & etc here - just so the footer looks more complete/informative). Oh yes, and as shown in page 3 of the attachment. Filtered options should appear as tags that can be canceled & reset in the search results section.
