Sign-up tool for Web-Based Customer Service Tool

I'm seeking a talented UX/UI designer who can create a modern and intuitive onboarding experience for a web-based customer service tool I'm developing. The tool is conceived as an encompassing digital solution for businesses to manage and optimize their customer service efforts.

Attached are preliminary Figma designs that we would look to implement (though open to improving these further).

There will need to be integration with our platform as part of the sign-up process (similar to following topics in X when joining). Need a high-level proposal which lays out cost & timeline and examples of past companies you've built similar onboarding experiences for.

Ideal Skills:

- Prior experience designing onboarding experiences for web applications
- Experienced in customer service tools and their functionalities
- Strong understanding of user-friendly UX/UI design principles
- Ability to design an engaging and intuitive experience for first-time users.
