Senior UI/UX designer

We are a startup. We are working on websites and app designs only No print media.
We are looking for a senior designer for continued work, every day average 3 to 4 hrs of work, if it goes well, it can lead towards the permanent job.
What you need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience and a strong portfolio
- Ability to create and advocate an original design and its guidelines
- The drive to execute well in a fast-paced environment
- A strong combination of visual design skills and a deep understanding of user experience design
- Proficient in designing wireframes and prototypes and high fidelity design with Figma and other tools
- Clear fluent communication in English
A lower rate with good design skills is preferred.
