Senior UI/UX Expert Needed TODAY- Fix Workflow in SaaS

We need a senior UI/UX Expert Needed Now to help us fix a a user workflow on our project management/SaaS. The workflow works currently but is not user intuitive. Many users mess up the sequence and have a lot of questions about the status of a task in their project because they're just not sure what/where to look. We need to improve this main workflow in the app. We have a complex and thorough solution that needs to be made easier for users. This is already a production app. We have an immediate need for redesigning/improving & simplifying this 1 major flow in the app. We will give you a video walkthrough of the major flow along with comments on hangups and customer challenges when using the flow.
