Seeking Experienced UI/UX Designer with Strong Gamification Knowledge

We are currently engaged in a software project focused on stock market education. As we proceed, we are seeking the expertise of a highly skilled UI/UX designer to help us enhance the user interface of our system.
For this project, we aim to adopt a modern, minimalistic, and intuitive design style that effectively conveys information to our users. To achieve this, we have decided to use Figma.
The primary purpose of our educational stock system is to provide users with the opportunity to assess their knowledge in technical analysis. We have already developed a prototype to serve as a foundation for further design iterations.
To ensure the success of this project, we are particularly interested in candidates with the following qualifications:
Exceptional UI/UX design skills
Proficiency in the field of gamification is highly valued.
Prior experience designing educational websites
Proficiency in incorporating specific features and functionalities into the design
Familiarity with current design trends and styles
